FallThe Titans took a different road to OKC this year. They arrived ‘virtually’ at the WCWS as a team by logging miles each day on Map My Run.
“The team ran a mile a day to OKC on paper. It was a neat journey for the players and a player-led event,” explained head coach Kelly Ford. “They logged the route on Map My Run and had to lock in 1,322 miles. So, between COVID shutting us down and the date of the Women’s College World Series, the team ran to Oklahoma City.”
