Coaches in New Roles: Arizona’s Caitlin Lowe

Caitlin Lowe was at a friend’s wedding in 2013 when Mike Candrea approached her with a job offer.

He wanted her to be the director of operations for the University of Arizona softball program.

Having played for the Wildcats under Candrea, the four-time first-team All-American didn’t need much time to consider.
