ACC Notebook: Duke Shows The Drive To Compete
FeaturedThe Duke Blue Devils boarded the bus with eager anticipation and a clear mission in their minds. The trip from Durham, N.C. to Baton Rouge, La. for the season-opening LSU Tiger Classic would take nearly 15 hours.
The Blue Devils left at 9 p.m. so the players could possibly sleep during the drive. They stopped at a Cracker Barrel for breakfast before the finishing stretch to the stadium.
