Larissa Anderson and the Missouri Tigers capture the D1Softball Turnaround Performance of the Year award following the 2024 college softball season.

A 13-win improvement year-to-year might be the most immediate sign of the turnaround that the Tigers made during the 2024 season. In addition to the physical wins and losses, though, Anderson led Mizzou to a resurrection season in nearly every sense.
