First and Third Base Power Rankings: Week 11

Note: Each player’s position is determined by where they started a majority or plurality of games this season. The position is subject to change as the season goes on.
Valerie Cagle and Baylee Klingler remain as the top players at first base. Joining the ranks this week are Tennessee’s McKenna Gibson and Notre Dame’s Karina Gaskins. Gibson leads the Lady Vols in batting average in SEC play. Gaskins has hit 11 of her 14 home runs this season in ACC play.

Alyssa Brito maintains the top spot as the Oklahoma third baseman continues to slug. Ana Gold set Duke’s single-season home run record this past weekend leading to her bump up. Makena Smith joins the list as Cal’s third baseman leads the Golden Bears in most offensive categories and has been a steady defender.
