Head Coaches in New Places: Brown’s Mary Holt-Kelsch

Mary Holt-Kelsch was a junior infielder at Kent State when her former New England Phoenix travel ball coach, Mike Tingley, died from cancer at age 47.

“It was kind of unexpected and happened super fast. It kind of rocked myself and some of my former travel ball teammates,” Holt-Kelsch said. “It left an entire travel ball team without a coach.”
