Cat Tarvin isn’t afraid to dream big. She may not have the same resources as the coach of a power conference program, but it’s never dampened her ambition.

Tarvin is moving from coaching one Historically Black College and University program to coaching another HBCU. After spending four seasons at North Carolina Central University, she recently accepted the job as the new head coach at Hampton University.
