Head Coaches in New Places: Indiana State’s Windy Thees

Windy Thees has been hired to coach several college softball programs over the years. But she has never accepted a job so late in the year. 

Thees arrived on campus at Indiana State in mid-August, a week before school started. As she was completing HR paperwork and onboarding orientation, she was making recruiting calls, sending out recruiting emails, trying to hire a staff and conducting individual workouts with players.
