Inside the Transfer Class: A Look at Alabama’s Portal Additions

Needing to replace their ace and some of their most crucial offensive performers, Alabama turned to the transfer portal for help. From the portal came five players, including two pitchers and three position players.

Pitchers Catelyn Riley from Ole Miss and Emily Winstead from UNC Wilmington joined the Tide bullpen, while Alexis Pupillo (Northern Iowa), Salen Hawkins (Mississippi State), and Brooke Ellestad (Ragin Cajuns) add lineup depth.
