Inside the Transfer Class: A Look at Clemson’s Portal Additions

With a plan to continue the momentum that their program has had from, truly, day one on the field, the Clemson Tigers dipped into the transfer portal this summer in an effort to reinforce their pitching staff and add some veteran pieces to their roster.

Three players joined the Tigers via the portal: pitchers Reese Basinger and Brook Melnychuk and outfielder Jamison Brockenbrough. Both pitchers have one year of eligibility remaining; Brockenbrough has two years left.
