Maddie Penta Joins James Madison Coaching Staff
Coaches CornerJames Madison has hired Maddie Penta as the program’s new pitching coach.
Penta completed her college playing career at Auburn with the 2024 season. A two-time All-American and the 2023 SEC Pitcher of the Year, Penta posted 76 career wins, setting an Auburn program record in that category. She also notched a career 1.79 ERA in more than 700 innings of work.
