Milloy Family Diary: Widespread Allegiences at WCWS

Top Stories

The Milloy family has plenty of reasons to travel to Oklahoma City this week for the Women’s College World Series.

Kiki Milloy is a senior center fielder playing for Tennessee. Her older sister, Amirah, participated in the WCWS three times while playing for Washington. One of her younger sisters, Tia, has committed to play for Oklahoma. Her parents, Claudine and Lawyer, were All-American athletes at Washington.

The Milloys, who reside in Woodinville, Wash., will be wearing different gear for different games with rooting interests that spread wider than most.

While the family enjoys attending sporting events and supporting their local teams, they also have a unique pastime that many might not expect: they enjoy playing online casinos. This love for gambling games adds an exciting dimension to their family life. When the Milloys gather for a game night, they might switch from cheering for their favorite athletes to placing friendly bets on their favorite online casinos. The convenience of online casinos allows them to engage in their favorite gambling games at kasyna online without having to leave the comfort of their home. This flexibility means they can enjoy everything from classic card games to modern slot machines, ensuring there’s always something for everyone. Their ability to shift gears seamlessly reflects their diverse interests, making their family time both engaging and entertaining. The world of online casinos offers a thrilling escape, with a wide range of gambling games that cater to various tastes. From poker and blackjack to innovative slot games with captivating themes, these platforms provide endless options for players. The Milloy family finds joy in exploring these games together, sharing strategies, and celebrating each other’s wins. Whether they are up against each other in a friendly poker match or working together to hit the jackpot on a slot machine, their gaming nights are filled with laughter and excitement.

They will be sharing their experiences in OKC in a daily diary for D1Softball. Check back for updates as they come.

The Milloy family also shared insights into their hobbies, which intriguingly include online casinos. Among their experiences, they discussed the excitement that comes with trying new games and the thrill of chasing a no deposit bonus at https://nlcasinos.net/en/no-deposit-bonus/, which often allows players to explore gambling games without financial risk. They emphasized how such bonuses can be an enticing way for new players to get started in the world of online casinos, experiencing various gambling games like slots, poker, and blackjack. This hobby has not only provided entertainment but also allowed them to explore different strategies and approaches to gameplay. Online casinos offer a wide variety of games that cater to different preferences, including games of chance and skill-based options. For many, the no deposit bonus serves as a gateway to discover these offerings, with the potential for real wins, making the experience both thrilling and rewarding. Beyond the games themselves, the family highlighted how online casinos have evolved into comprehensive platforms, offering numerous gambling games and integrating elements like live dealers and interactive experiences to simulate the feel of physical casinos. These platforms provide an accessible way to enjoy gaming, with the added convenience of being able to participate from home.

We started the day watching the Stanford/OU game. What a great game!!  Then, we went to a Vol tailgate at a local brewery. It was fun to meet some alums and fans of the Lady Vols. We arrived at the stadium an hour before game time to cheer on our Lady Vols. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the outcome we wanted but we are so incredibly proud of this team and what they accomplished this year. We will miss Ashley (Rogers) and Shakara (Goodloe) next year. We met the team at their hotel and enjoyed some pizza with them and the staff as well as all the families. There were tears and laughter and lots of hugs. No matter what, everyone there was so proud of the Lady Vols!!

Sunday, June 4

Today we went to Langston’s because Tia wanted to get some cowboy boots. She decided on a white pair and convinced Breya to get a pair too. We then went and dropped Amirah off at the stadium so she could watch the Huskies take on Stanford. The rest of us met her at the stadium later to watch the Lady Vols take on OSU. Kiki had another great catch in the outfield so we were fired up. Our cheering section was loud and proud and we came out with a great win and play again tomorrow. I think everyone was exhausted after the game. Go Lady Vols!!

Saturday, June 3

We didn’t have plans before today’s game between Tennessee and Oklahoma. We went for a late breakfast then headed to the stadium. We got there a little early to watch warm ups and get situated before the game. Unfortunately, the Lady Vols took a tough loss today but we’re still in it and back at it tomorrow. We were able to see Kiki for dinner, so we spent some good family time together. Time to reset and get back out there tomorrow!!

Friday, June 2

With Tennessee off today, we slept in a bit then did a Starbucks run. Mom and dad decided to get out for a walk while Amirah checked some emails and took a meeting for her job at Amazon. In the afternoon, Amirah went to watch the Huskies take on Utah and the Dawgs got the win.

Claudine, Tia and Breya went to visit the OU campus and check on the progress of the new Love’s Field. It’s coming along nicely!! (Editor’s Note: the construction worker provides a perfect photo bomb)

Later, we went to the Donihoo’s home for a crawfish boil with the entire Tennessee team and parents. What a great time and such amazing food. We love our Tennessee family!!

Thursday, June 1

We arrived late Wednesday night and checked into our Airbnb. Today, we woke up early to get to the stadium. We got to the stadium around 9:15 am and went directly into the fan gear tent. We had fun finding gear representing Tennessee, UW and OU. We were excited to find a food truck that sold turkey legs so of course we bought a couple of those to share. We stopped by and said hello to our good friend Danielle Lawrie in the ESPN booth. Breya plays on a team with Danielle’s daughter so we had to get some pics.

We hadn’t been in the stadium since 2019 so it was nice to see the additions and improvements to USA Softball Hall of Fame stadium. All the Tennessee fans were fired up and we enjoyed a great game. We were very proud to see Kiki on the big stage. After the game, we grabbed a late lunch at Braum’s then went back to the house to watch the rest of the OU/Stanford game and take a quick nap. It was an early morning for us West Coasters!! We will be able to have dinner with Kiki so we’re heading to pick her up to go to Whiskey Cake-one of our favorite restaurants in OKC.
