Tara Archibald Steps Down as Eastern Illinois Head Coach; Joining Texas Tech Staff
Breaking NewsEastern Illinois head coach Tara Archibald has stepped down from her post and will join the coaching staff at Texas Tech.
Archibald spent the past five years as head coach at EIU, leading the Panthers to the NCAA tournament in 2023. Under her guidance, the Panthers won the Ohio Valley conference tournament in 2023 and the conference regular-season crown in 2024.
