Tracie Adix-Zins Departs as DePaul Head Coach

Tracie Adix-Zins is departing as head coach at DePaul, the school announced on Wednesday.

Adix-Zins spent six seasons as the Blue Demons’ head coach, collecting a 125-133 overall record. The Blue Demons won the 2021 regular-season conference title, but posted a 9-38 overall record during the 2024 season.

Prior to her tenure at DePaul, Adix-Zins had stints as an assistant coach at NC State, Oklahoma State, and Wisconsin.

A DePaul alum, Adix-Zins led the Blue Demons to the 2007 Women’s College World Series. She was named the Big East Pitcher of the Year and an All-American that same year after posting a 22-4 overall record.
