Whitney Goldstein Out as Rhode Island Head Coach

Rhode Island head coach Whitney Goldstein has resigned her post.
“A national search for a new head coach will begin without delay,” according to a school release.
Goldstein spent the last three years as the program’s head coach, assembling a 49-103-1 overall record and a 26-48 mark in Atlantic 10 conference play. The Rams’ berth in the 2023 A-10 tournament marked the program’s first postseason appearance in 13 years.
