2021 Fall Report: Wichita State

The home run ball took over the hearts of college softball fans in 2021. And Kristi Bredbenner’s Wichita State program had a big part in that. The Shockers hit 103 home runs as a team – second only to the national champion Oklahoma Sooners – on their way to an American Athletic Conference championship and an appearance in the Norman Regional final.
