D1Softball Top 25 Rankings: Alabama Joins Top Five, FSU Makes Statement

Oklahoma and UCLA remain in the top two spots in the D1Softball Top 25 Rankings after both going 5-0 last week.
Arizona falls to No. 9 after losses to UCF and Florida State on the road. Oregon bumps up to No. 3, just a hair ahead of No. 4 Alabama, and Oklahoma State stays at No. 5 even after a loss to Houston.
Baylor reenters the rankings and Michigan dropped out.
The SEC leads all conferences with eight teams in the Top 25, followed by the Pac-12 with five, the ACC with four and the Big 12 with four, the Sun Belt with two teams, followed by the AAC and Big Ten with one.
The D1Softball Top 25 rankings are headlined by lead writers Graham Hays and Tara Henry.
